STUART M.G. SERAINA
Stuart Seraina focuses his litigation and trial practice on complex contractual and commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, professional liability and other tort actions, and the protection of intellectual property and other commercially sensitive information. He regularly acts as an advisor to clients on these and other subjects to avoid litigation and manage risks. When a client's interests cannot be protected by a negotiated or commercial solution, Stuart thoroughly prepares and zealously litigates actions in federal and state courts, including handling numerous jury and bench trials.
Before forming Seraina Law Office LLC, Stuart spent eighteen years at Kramon & Graham, P.A. and three years at the litigation boutique, Baldwin Seraina LLC, handing a wide array of cases in state and federal courts involving contractual disputes (particularly licenses, insurance policies, and partnership or employment agreements), copyrights, professional malpractice, regulatory compliance, and broker liability. Stuart began his career at the large firms now known as DLA Piper, where he litigated antitrust disputes, and Blank Rome, where he worked on commercial fraud actions. Stuart’s vision for Seraina Law Office is to provide clients with exceptional advocacy and client service at rates more competitive than generally charged by larger firms.
